My favorite Starbucks location! The staff is always courteous & the place is clean!
We were in Europe for a couple of months, sometimes hotelling, sometimes bike/camping. And then all of a sudden we had to fly... into NYC, beg for a rental car, get to Albany for a funeral, and then rush back to the airport first thing early next morning.Nowhere to get coffee on I-87 before 6 AM, and then we cross into Jersey and find ourselves here. It's hard for a manager topersonalize a starbucks. Everyone is different, like snowflakes, but in large numbers there's a sameness, just like snowflakes.Read politics into that if you want, I don't care. This owner/manager has a little display by the milk with the story of hislife and his store, and it made our day. This place is no Cafe Central or Brasserie Lipp, but next time I'm on the northernreaches of NJ-17 in the morning, I'll stop here on good ol' Franklin Turnpike, not too far from the closed-down auto plant. I ordered my younger sister a CARAMEL RIBBON CRUNCH FRAPPUCCINO and they went and added chai to her damn Frappuccino if you pay... money for it they should at least give you the right thing. Don?t even get me started with my drink they didn?t even add myraspberry pumps. I work at Starbucks, it?s smaller since it?s inside another store but it?s way better than whatever this was.And it?s way faster. Read more
DISGUSTING!! Not regular to the area, we did a quick pit stop on out trip up north and as we walked into the store one of the... males employees was sweeping the floors and picking up the garbage from the floor, 2 people were ahead of us and only 1 baristataking orders and prepping, so the guy who was sweeping came to help and started taking orders and prepping and touching thecups and lids and getting some muffins HE NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS, or used gloves. I got almost 30 dollars worth of food and they did a great job! I wish the line structure was a b better because there weren?t... many people there and I can?t imagine what it?s like when it?s packed. I do like the new set up of ordering at the end, I justwish they made room for more people and not all of the food drive items covering everything instead. Edit: I had to afterseeing the monstrosity in the store today. There was a line for pickup and although it was only for a moment, what would be thepoint of rapid pickup if I have to wait in another line?! This place is falling apart Read more
One of the largest Starbucks I?ve been to. Many tables and ample seating, good WiFi, clean restrooms. The clientele is a mix of... students and professionals, many working on their laptops. The staff are polite and offer quick service. Conveniently, to theright, there is a Walgreens, in case a quick purchase is needed and to the left, a sub shop in case a more substantial bite isneeded. The parking situation can be somewhat challenging, but I?ve been lucky so far. Always a big fan of Starbucks!!! Read more
Everyone here is so nice and friendly as soon as you walk in in the mornings if you go early you get greeted with the happiest... hello by the older woman with the platinum blonde hair she is the sweetest. Even the other employees are just super happy andrespectful towards our customers. They are also very patient if you were trying to decide or you are not sure about an item. Read more
