Virginia had the best customer service! So sweet. The food is always good!
We ordered a burger and explicitly told them not to put any bacon. They still have us a burger with bacon. While in the drive... thru we asked them to give us a NEW burger without bacon. They took of some of the bacon and repackaged the SAME BURGER thatSTILL HAD BACON BITS. We have strict dietary restrictions against bacon. They lied and deceived us and made us eat bacon. Wecame back to complain to the manager. The manager was extremely rude and was harassing us. She was extremely disrespectful anddiscriminatory against us. She did not even address the issue and just went straight to call the cops. Completelyunprofessional. We are traumatized by the whole ordeal. We never thought we?d be harassed so much at a fast food place. Completedisregard of our religion and beliefs. Read more
Great customer service. Fast and courteous. They always get my order right too.
I like eat at the fast food place but going here I got my order wrong twice, last time which was recent I missed my lunch time... by going back to get my right order an was given abit of a lecture on what I ordered when the drive- thu person who took myorder suggested my value meal an was later told it's not anymore on the menu. Wow! Scared abit to go around 12pm lunch hr. I'llwait abit til I make up my mind to hit this Carl's Jr. fastfood again. I didn't get a nice apology either. Read more

I went during my lunch break Asked me for my order, then asked me to wait... then asked for my order again. I waited 10 mins for... my food, but it?s missing half the toppings and my chicken was way too small. I got back to work very disappointed because I?mstill hungry. Read more
