I have enjoyed chili's for a long time, even if it's been a long time since I've had exceptional service. My 1st visit to this... location didn't go super well, Skillet Queso came out cold, then when my Just Bacon Burger came out i looked at the bacon and itwas barely cooked. Amazes me when restaurants will send out clearly undercooked almost rare bacon on a burger. Pretty sure atleast 90% of bacon burger eaters would prefer crispy bacon. So i asked my server if i could get my bacon cooked more, oddestresponse ever, she says shes not sure if they can or if they have any crispy bacon because it's precooked in the morning...eventually they bring me basically burnt bacon that when i touched it, it just disintegrated. Was still better than brink of rawbacon. They need some better cooks. Not to mention after i paid, i noticed a $3 charge for table entertainment when we nevereven touched their tabletop machine. Very good food, great atmosphere, and lovely staff. While I was not initially pleased with my meal, upon requesting that my... steak be cooked a little bit more, our waitress got me a whole meal to go. And was incredibly polite about the whole situation.I tend to second guess myself and she made me feel comfortable with asking and she made it clear to me that I was right. Greatplace all around ???? Local to where I live but a good representation of the chain. The food is good. My favorites are the chips and salsa, Margarita... Chicken (healthier is a bonus), and the general vibe. During the pandemic, their ToGo operations were vastly improved and stilla strength of the business. Parking, other than ToGo pick up in front, is not easy but the parking log around the back there isa lot of space. Read more
Usually this is a nice place to eat. It started out by us waiting for a seat to find out the gal that was cleaning the tables... next to us was the one that was supposed to be seating us. But she took her sweet time cleaning tables instead. We werestarving, We got to the table. Ordered too much food just too kind of take the edge off. Soup came we ate it, Is waiting forthe guy to take our order instead he takes a table that just came in. I drink my alcoholic beverage but because I don't haveenough food in me it in me I end up sick. I ordered a second drink but had to cancel it before I got to the table. Ordered thefood, food was cold old, waiter never came back to check on us. Which means we didn't get our drinks refilled. It was just notone of our better days here at chilis. Read more
Coworker and I went here for lunch, I didn't want to go I never liked Chili's from years back. But man have they improved! Best... burger and chips with salsa I've had around. Now I'm back here the next day try something new. Read more

Easy in-and-out with plenty of parking spaces available, oh did not wait in-line to be seated. friendly partender, Great drinks... and appetizers at very reasonable prices, huge menu, clean facilities and big screen TV's all over the restaurant. It was ok, no complaints. Food was good, big helpings, but not great. Same goes for the wait staff. Just your very basic Chili's... experience. Nothing stood out, except the prices being a little high for a Chili's. No gripes, but no raves either. At least Igot lunch AND dinner for later, now. Read more
