I come here once or twice a year. The food is usually very hot and fresh EVERY visit! This time I hate to report our burgers... weren’t hot, they were actually cold. Yes cold. To make it worse, we didn’t get our fries for 5 meals. My daughter went backin to get them thinking they would be already to go, but she had to wait 10 minutes to get fresh ones. I’m not exaggerating.BUT it was well worth the wait because the fries they gave her were fresh, hot, and my mom’s favorite, they were salty!!! Sobig win in the end! It was about 2:30pm today. My mom ordered the protein style cheese burger and it was delicious, but it wasso watery. The contents of the burger got everywhere. The burger wasn’t wrapped too well. There was a time when the local In-N-Out Burger restaurant was a destination spot for me and the family. Sad to say (or write)... the quality has leveled off in the negative column. Following a visit to several locations it is my belief that this company hasinvested heavily in Salt mines across the globe. The burgers are becoming so salty it would behoove the consumer invest in a55gallon drum of wash it on down ice water prior to eating. This is not an isolated incident nor within a finite amount of time.This is a nearly steadily decreasing trend. Read more
The diner look is great and takes you back to a simpler time with a simple menu to match. The price is great and the burgers... are really good! The fries were not so good, very bland and without flavor. Super busy with drive-thru line about 30 cars duringdinner rush. Go in and it's not so bad. Read more
Usually we have success with our orders even when very busy and crowded, but this time our orders were less then good. The... hamburgers lacked sauces, very dry and lacking taste. 3.5 stars really. In-N-Out Burger is a staple of any northern California road trip. You can expect consistent quality of food.... The wait is usually shorter if you opt to go inside to order as opposed to using the drive thru. I ordered a 3x1 (see the secretmenu online), my lady got a double burger, animal/protein style. We both ordered well done fries. The burgers and fries wereboth cooked properly. Really the only beef was they shorted on the pickle order AND my lady asked for EXTRA PICKLES????... Imean come on, 3 pickle slices is hardly extra. Read more

Extremely anti-customer policy. Wife left her jacket I went to call to get a hold of this in n out- it goes straight to a... corporate number the corporate number calls the in n out so you have to communicate through multiple people then to review thecameras they need a police subpoena. What other reason would they need that unless it was an employee who stole the jacketeither way extremely anti-customer policy we eat it in and out once a week and will no longer spend my money here.
