I grew up with Jimboy's being a treat street going to Denio's Auction in Roseville. Now that I moved and there aren't any around... me I stop in when I get a chance. The food has always been good with good service. Read more
Got there...Drive thru service only. It was the worst experience I've ever had from this location. I think maybe under new... management or ownership. We were the second in line. It took over 15 mins. To add insult to injury half my order wasmissing. Another 15 mins or more of waiting. Finally got the order right but the extra tortillas I paid for were burnt!! Imight just have to drive downtown to the Jimboys located next to Regional Transit to get my burrito fix! Lol Read more
Jimboy's is a local favorite Mexican restaurant. Their unique tacos (ground beef, chicken or shrimp) are among a few food items... that I occasionally crave. Bonus points for offering Mexican cervezas (beer) on tap and bottled. This location is many decadesold, but it's well maintained and clean. I give 4 of 5 stars only because that's as many as I can give to any 'fast-food'restaurant. Read more
Entered the lobby of the restaurant at 8:39. Was ignored then finally a woman informed me that the location was closed. Even... though all the signs and this very app indicated that it was open until 9. There was not a single sign on the door that said thelobby was closed. Garbage!!!! Mind you the drive thru line had four cars waiting. I will never come here again. I?d give nostars if I could. Read more
So wrong order twice. I order 4 carnitas soft tacos with cilantro and onion and a carnitas classic burrito Asked for hot... sauce. Food came. Taco were fried hard shell. With cheese. I never mentioned I wanted cheese just cilantro and onions and somehot sauce. They took them back brought new tacos. I drove away, called and mentioned I didn't get ANY sauce. They said theyran out of sauce. WOW. The person taking our order seemed irritated. We were nice through the whole situation. Jimboy?s tacos are the best. Hands down! I try to find one anytime I am in Sacramento. This place does not disappoint. They... have a cool twist on the taco. The shell is fried and Parmesan cheese is on the outside. Fantastic!! Read more
