Usually not great. Slower and appears to be understaffed. Fries are never hot. Constantly out of soda. No clue how you run out... of soda which comes in bags and can just be stocked. Fail. Read more
The burger was put together very sloppy. There was a sheet of plastic between the two meat patties and I paid 13$ for this... garbage ! Should have gone to In & Out ! It's worth the wait. Read more
This must be a corporate store. Not sure how McDonald's allows this store to operate in the way they do. I ordered food through... the drive thru on 10-3-22 at 4:10pm and had to deal with the rudest person I have ever dealt with at a fast food company. Iplaced an order for two happy meals and only saw one on the screen then ordered a 1/4 pounder with cheese. I only saw 1 happymeal and the 1/4 pounder on the screen, so I said "I only see 1 happy meal" her reply is what else do you want? I said I onlysee 1 happy meal again and she said what else do you want? Again I said, the second Happy meal in not on the screen? She saidit's there, what else do you want? VERY VERY RUDELY. She was a younger thin Hispanic girl. When I went up to the second windowshe was clearly the one who took my order. She handed me my food and said "here's your food" very rudely. I said you know youare a rude person, I'm sorry you are having such a bad day. As I drove away I heard her yelling out the window, could see herhead stuck out the window but the only thing I could make out was the word "rude". I called the manager who sounded like ayounger man, I told him what happened and suggested he make a change at the drive thru window, as she is very rude and abrasive,he said " I know I have being trying to persuade her to be nicer" I was at a loss for words. I guess that explains the many 1star and 2 star reviews. I'm guessing no one from McDonalds reads the reviews which is a shame. McDonalds has always been veryconsistent in their service but judging from my experience and the other reviews of this store, it has fallen through thecracks. Read more
The male manager is just about the rudest person I have ever come across. I ordered my food and waited a very long time. I just... sat there patiently, when he called me that my food was ready he literally just dropped my food from shoulder height on to thecounter and walked away. I've never been treated this way before so it was shocking. I probably won't go back. I didn't get hisname but he has dark hair, maybe Hispanic. Horrible way to treat customers. Read more
Staff unwilling to serve dine in customer as such. After ordering dine in on kiosk and grabbing my number for my table; my food... was bagged and left on counter. I told worker I was dining in and she just pointed to my bags. After grabbing my order I askedfor a tray since I was dining in. There was also no syrup for my hotcakes. I guess I just expected better service after thegreat remodel. Also as I was sitting here eating they locked the diner doors with no explanation and as I ate I watched numerouscustomers come trying to enter and knocking on door with no one answering them. For this being a new or remodeled location you have one window open at the busiest time with the slowest staff. I literally sat... there waiting for someone to take my order while 3 cars on the right lane were handled before me! I am heading to work and thiskind of s*it shouldn't be happening! Read more
This is a poorly-run franchise. I have constant problems here. Most recently my chicken nuggets were so cold and dried out I... gave them to my dogs and even they didn't want them. French fries were also cold, $3 large soda was all ice. At least the burgerwas hot, juicy, and tasty. Read more
