We used sac tacos for our recent church anniversary and we’re very disappointed. The amount that we paid for was for 125... people the amount we received was maybe enough for 60 people at most. The cost was very reflective of the current cost of thingsbut the amount of food we received was just not sufficient and the owner should be ashamed. We ended up having to go to thelocal store and but some chicken to make up the difference to make sure we had enough for the people that we had. I wouldstrongly urge anyone using this company to verify how much food you receive as you may be surprised. In addition they did notprovide enough warmers to keep the tortillas warm and were supposed to provide plates which they did not. Overall I would notrecommend this place of business. Read more
Sac Tacos catered an event for 50 people for a baby shower I hosted (mom to be wanted tacos, tacos she received!). I put in my... request a week before the event, crossing my fingers that they could make this happen so last minute. Not only was I promptlyresponded to, Carlos was communicative through the whole process and his staff were a little early the day of the event, kindand efficient. A big thank you to Sac Tacos for showing up on time with some tasty food. Those tortillas were raved about!!Thank you all so much! Was interested in they’re catering service for my son’s 1st birthday. I emailed for information and carlos montoya emailed... me back with his packages.. the packages were confusing ( at least for me it was ) so i asked him if packages 3-4 were all youcan eat cause it says personal pick up but with buffet and wanted to know how it worked if it was me picking up the food but itwas all you can eat.. how does the buffet work if we have to pick the food up ourselves, wasy questions to answer… well heresponded with… ( thats only package 1, its very detailed below under packages ) huh? First off that does not answer myquestions at all and is that how u respond to customers who ask questions about your services. It sounds like a disgruntledwalmart employee when u try and ask them were something is located. Just work on the professionalism. Going to get servicesomewhere else. Read more
Ordered a Taco Bar for Christmas day. Food was excellent & generous. We could not have been happier. Our guests could not have... been happier. To me this place is second to Tacos El Patron in Pleasant Hill. The Taco de Barbacoa (Quessabirria) was tasty. I wish I would... have told them to add cilantro and onions inside. My only gripe was the tortilla they used was a bit chewy. The consome wasokay. I also got pastor taco and it was juicy, moist, and seasoned very well. I wish they had small chunks of pineapple liketraditional pastor. If you're every in Pleasant Hill area, go to Tacos El Patron, because they make their tortillas in house,it is hands down the best. But I do highly recommend Sac Tacos. They are the best in this area for the Barbacoa. Read more
