I don?t really understand why it takes over 20 minutes to make a salad. The customer service is horrible as well. The cashier... with the short blue hair had a straight face the whole time. Not greeting anyone that came in. I was the first person there andit still took over 20 mins to get my salad. The workers in the back making the food was working so slow as well. Anothercustomer came in and it took them over 10 mins to help that customer. We all just sort of stood around and stared at each otherbecause they weren?t helping anyone but food was also taking forever to be prepped and made as well. They need more training inthis location. They asked me 3 times what type of cheese I wanted for 1 sandwich. They didn't toast 2 of the sandwiches. Both soups were cold.... No line but somehow it took 45 minutes to make 3 sandwiches and 2 soups. Bring back the old owner... Read more
There were many upset customers in the restaurant. The wait was far too long. Mostly because there was a new girl that was not... only overly chatty Cathy, but didnt know how to run the register. Then employee #2 comes out to fix the register (leaving 1person to make sandwiches). People are walking out and cancelling orders. I made my order, but when I got it there was no mayoor mustard. It was really good bread though. The avocado I'd asked for, was hard as a rock. Not ripe. No bueno. Read more
Very overpriced and they barely put any meat on their sandwiches. Only reason it isn?t a 1 star is cause their sourdough bread... is so freaking good lol. But hard to justify the prices with even how good the bread is. Been to this location many times andthey always seem to mess up orders sadly. Read more
I?m so sad that Rancho Cordova finally got a Sourdough and Co and it?s run so poorly. My last six orders have been wrong. My... salads are never full here like at all the other locations. And when I called to tell them about my order being wrong, theemployee said ?we were really busy?.. great well being busy didn?t give them more practice to improve. They still can?t get theorders right. I?m not talking about complicated special orders. It?s as simple as paying for more bread and getting none, orgetting a salad delivered and there is no dressing. Why can?t they be like the all the other locations? Or just having commonsense like not putting wilted lettuce in a salad. Read more
I went today for lunch and got the Grilled Chicken Ceasar (Large) and I ordered extra bread. Short on time didnt check before I... left. Getting back to work my salad looks skimpy. Barely any cheese and maybe 2 oz of chicken. I paid a dollar extra for breadand did not receive it. I'm not sure I will be visiting this location again. I should not have been surprised the order ahead ofme was incorrect.
