I've been here multiple times and I've never left satisfied. First couple of times I tried to chalk it up as maybe the baristas... I got were new but when it repeatedly happens there has to be something wrong with the store. I've waited more that 20 minutesfor a drink, they will take my order and not tell me that they are out of/don't serve what I order until I check on my drink.They have given my pregnant sister the wrong order. Just drive the extra five minutes to the next closest one. Unless you want acool place to sit while you drink your own drink you bring. Read more
I'm sorry to leave a bad review, but it's well deserved. I've been to this location near my friends house three times and I've... never been able to leave with an order. My friend said she tries to steer clear as well, because of bad experiences. Thismorning I sat in the drive-through line for twenty minutes and not one car moved except for those who gave up, like me. Everyoccasion I've been in the area, I had to go up Sunrise to another Starbucks (near Costco) and that location is phenomenal - Iwent through the entire line there and left with my drinks in 6 minutes. I will only go to that location now and I imagine a lotof others have decided the same. I'd love to say something positive but unfortunately, the only good thing this place seems tohave, from our experiences, is it's address. Read more
I used to be a Starbucks partner and our drive thru store was the fastest in the district. I will say that this store does a... pretty good job making sure they?re quick and efficient during peak hours. Their drinks are almost always perfect. It?s my homestore and happy that it is! Drive thru around 9am was incredibly fast and efficient. Employee taking orders was so nice and cheerful and put a smile on my... face for the INSANELY stressful day I had ahead of me. Don't bother ordering drinks here in the morning. I placed a mobile order and 18 minutes later, they said it still wasn't ready.... A 20+ minute wait time from order to drink in hand is RIDICULOUS. And this is not the first time it's happened. If they aretruly that busy (and not just ill-trained) then their district supervisor needs to have a conversation about building anotherlocation near by. Oh, and to add icing on the cake, they were completely unapologetic about it. Read more
Very cool Starbucks with lots of room to lounge near windows, also has a large back patio with ample seating outdoors. Staff... seems very friendly and menu selection for espresso and tea drinks is robust. Check this out if you are in the Sunrise/RanchoCordova area. Read more
Great spot, lobby is now open, always fast and friendly. If your going to use the drive though give yourself extra time in the... morning and at lunch.
