Ordered online this past Sunday around 3:20 for 3:35 pickup. Order was accepted and I have the confirmation info. Went to pick... up my food and the place was completely closed, dark and locked. Why would this location accept my order if they are obviouslynot opened. I had to go back work and for the past couple days I have tried to get ahold of some type of manager or management.No one working there picks up the phone. I will never recommend this subway and I have disputed the charge with my bank. Read more
We used their drive-thru service today during lunch rush. Despite how busy they were, Alan who was working the window was on... point! He delivered exceptional customer service, maintained a wonderful attitude and really stood out in his overall workethic. Awesome job Alan! The sandwiches were also yummy with a good amount of ingredients and they weren't haphazardly throwntogether. Overall great experience. Read more

This is the first Subway location I've seen with a drive-thru touch screen. You can pull up the the drive-thru, place the order... yourself, and then drive up to the window to pay and retrieve your order. It's super convenient for a quick stop on your lunchbreak. Read more
I don't know what's going on with this particular store lately, but something has changed. I've ordered at the drive thru with... maybe one car ahead of me twice the past couple weeks, and had to wait 10 minutes for a single sandwich (not exaggerating). Then today I go, get there at 5:50 because they now close at 6 on Saturdays, and after ordering I'm told they are closed at thewindow. Since when does retail/food service close early for the staff? if you can't serve someone after 5:45, say you'reclosed at 5:45, not 6. I should give this 1 star, because it's been a long time since I haven't had an issue with thisparticular location. I'm not going to waste anymore time at this place for a while. Read more
I just tried to go here a while ago.. They lock the doors and close earlier than posted hours. My family with 2 toddlers and... husband was hit with unexpected lack of food truck at Logoff (they left early) and I walked to this location to get something tofeed my family, arriving 5 minutes before 6. Lights were out and people inside were mopping just looked at me annoyed despitethe posted hours saying 6pm. Every other restaurant and business I know gives their workers an extra half hour or more pastclose to lock up and do their closing duties, and only customers that enter before the posted hours are served. Is this one sobadly run that the employees need to scurry and put things away early so they can go home on time? Don't go here anytime closeto opening or closing, seems like from other reviews they aren't very reliable in this regard. Read more
For a subway, this location is good. The sandwich was made with fresh produce. The only drawback was the cookie was either over... cooked or had been on the shelf for a long time because the cookie was hard as a dog bone. I appreciate them having coke zeroand baked lays chips. Read more
