Service can make or break an establishment. I love Subway in general but a franchisee can definitely ruin their reputation. This... particular franchisee was one of them. I could tell she was the owner. I walked in she was on the phone and saw me but continuedto talk on the phone for a good 5 minutes. Her way of telling me she was ready to take my order was by pointing at themeat...while still on the phone. The pointing at various meats, cheeses, and veggies continued until my lackluster footlong was"complete". I didn't think it was possible to serve someone without saying a single word to them. But this subway proved mewrong :) and that's where you get your 1 star. Read more
On August 12, 2018 I was in this subway to place an order. The group ahead of me was a group of 6. One of the persons after... making an order decided to make a second order. The manager of the store made the decision to allow the guy to get back in lineahead of me. I was in pure shock after waiting 15 minutes while the group of 6 completed their order. We have all learned inkindergarten proper etiquette. If you placed your order sit down started eating and decide to get an additional sandwich, youhave to go to the end of the line. The manager did not acknowledge my 15 minutes of patience. UNBELIEVABLE. Manager needs toattend proper service etiquette classes. I would eat there 4 times a month. No business from me ever again! Horrible service waited for 10 minutes listening to the lady have a casual conversation looking at me and other customers with... no care in the world. After she got off the phone, she acted as if nothing happened, no apology or anything. She did a horriblejob putting my sandwhich together, im a loyal subway costumer so i know how they should be put together, she was very rude andhad horrible costumer overall. Always friendly service and fresh bread. The place gets busy from 11:45a - 1:30p during the lunch rush. Outside of that, there's... rarely a wait. Very clean and lots of parking. Also, Subway has great weekly deals when you sign up for their text messages. Read more
