The store is very well designed. Open and welcoming, with crafts and books. I was looking for a very specific kind of book in... the Spanish section. They took the time to help me look and when I couldn't find it, they offered to order it for me. It hardenough to find customer service these days, so this was refreshing and very appreciated. Love this Barnes and Noble! They keep the place clean and organized and seem to be constantly updating their selection and... shelves. I always have a wonderful time in their SFF section and their YA section has definitely become more diverse as theyears roll by. Read more

Every time we visit Rancho Cucamonga (once or twice a year), we always stop here and buy books to read by the pools we visit in... the summertime. It is clean, spacious, has a decent selection and the staff is super nice and helpful. There are also otherthings like games and gifts to buy.
