Always wanted to try a Beard Papa's and I'm so glad there's one close by my hometown! Didn't try any of the tea but WOW was the... green tea eclair filled with brown sugar boba fantastic! The boba was soft and went well with the creamy custard filling. Theeclair itself was soft and flaky and the green tea frosting added well to the overall taste. Definitely stopping by again. 1st off, the Oreo Cookie Crumble Éclair with a Vanilla Creme filling is bomb. I had issues with a couple of other things like:... the smell when you walk into the establishment and the Green Tea Latte. My brother and I both thought it reeked of a wet dogsmell. As soon as we walked in, we looked at each other with a thizz face lolol. Then the Green Tea Latte was watery and hadchunks of cream, I guess. Yes! The cream puff craze has reached America. And after devouring my tasty cream filled pastry from Beard Papa's, I am left... wondering: what took them so long? Located outside the food hall at Victoria Gardens, Beard Papa's serves the finest cream puffsoutside of France. Roughly the size of a tennis ball, yet light and airy, every bite is a truly refined experience. For thosewho prefer the sugary heavy donut (don't get me wrong I love them too), the cream puff is a nice change of pace once inawhile. I unfortunately just had one and was left wanting more. To avoid my mistake and for the full experience, 3 per personsounds about right. Really, check this place out. It is rare to find a good cream puff place in Rancho Cucamonga. Beard Papa?s didn?t disappoint. You are able to chose your own... pastry and filling. I chose the oreo and chocolate pastries with vanilla filling. They were extremely fresh, but I wish thedessert as a whole had more flavor. Read more
