Very Upset right now!! I got curbside pickup and they forgot my baked potatoe. Which i was like okay thats fine it was my fault... for not checking everything was there. But then!! My family and I came here during prime time, which was a Saturday night at 7pm. I placed us on the waiting list through the app,... so when we arrived we didn’t have to wait long. We were seated probably 10 min after checking-in. Our waiters name wasMichael. He was hustling up and down along with other staff members. It was a busy night for BJ’s. I ordered the spicy chickenwith soba noodles. I didn’t realize it, but I ordered the same thing the last time I came. It must have made an impression onme. It was just as good as the last time. For dessert I ordered the chocolate chip pizookie. It was delicious!! I love how theice cream gently melts on top of the warm cookie and into your mouth. Great place for late night eats. Service was excellent, food was awesome. Big beer menu and drink specials all day long.

I am rather disappointed at my visit to this BJs. We normally get the Buffalo chicken pizza and always love going to eat here... but last night was rather a bummer. Our chicken pizza had NO chicken or cheese… it almost looked like it was dipped in Buffalosauce and given to us…. We were going to say something but it took so long for it to come out in the first place that wedidn’t want to wait. They were super busy since it was a Saturday night but honestly you should check the food before bringingit out. We were headed to the arena afterwards for a show and didn’t have time to wait around. Overall it was great!! The wait was super long (1 hr and 20 minutes when they quoted 45 to 50 minutes) and the hostess could... have been nicer and communicated more. But our waitress did an exceptional job and because of that would definitely come back! Read more

I have to be honest and say I really do enjoy supporting small businesses rather than bigger corporate restaurants like this one... but It’s been a long time having visited a Bj’s and I had a gift card, so why not. Other than the wait which we didn’t(Although….we put or name in the expected wait was 20-30 mins) but decided to wait for a bar table to open instead. Ourserver Jessica along with the food was superb. If you do come you have to take advantage of their Happy Hour, you really can’tbeat the prices. Okay, where to start?! Food was good, but the service was really bad, and the music was way too loud. I probably saw 2... waitresses working there for the entire 2 hours we were having lunch and that was it. There was a guy sitting behind us that waswaiting for his check for almost 20 minutes. The waitress kept forgetting things and just disappeared after we asked forsomething. It was a nice restaurant, but just a bad experience. Moving on to the food, it was cold. There were 7 at my table andevery meal was cold! The asparagus I ordered was not cooked fully and had no flavor to it with my meal of cherry glazed salmonand couscous. Hopefully if anyone else goes here, they have a better experience, but mine was not enjoyable. Read more
