Worst dining experience I've had here! After waiting an hour for our food, our waitress told me that our order as never put in.... She had only brought out our appetizers (2) and our water, soda, and two beers. The waitress then mentioned that she incorrectlyplaced in our order and placed it 3 orders behind and advised us that it'll be an additional 15 minutes. After seeing all theother tables filled who walked in after us and eating their food, we then decided to ask for our bill. When speaking to Frank(manager at the time), he did not apologize for the wait, however, did state that we ate our appetizers and that he wouldn'tcharge for our main dishes (as he shouldn't since we never got it). Our waitress then returned and gave us our bill but she atleast apologized for the wait. We then asked her for their corporate number and never got it from her. We waited another 5minutes and had to ask someone else for it and finally gave it to us. I have never had to leave a bad review for anyone onsomething like this. Im understanding that things happen, but what has made me upset was the manager's tone and response to theexperience. It was my first time coming to this location and I had a pleasant dine in experience. Place was clean and so were the restrooms... which is a big deal for me. Food was tasty and didn't take long to come out the kitchen. Staff was friendly and our server,Vanessa, was very attentive and nice. My husband got a long beach drink and wasn't too pleased cause it was sweeter thatanything else and couldn't taste the alcohol in it, other than that we had a good time. Read more

First time at this location and while waiting we read the reviews and were concerned. Our server started great and quickly... changed to MIA!! We ordered wings with lemon pepper sauce and server returned advising they were out of lemon pepper sauce andalso didn’t have adult drink our daughter ordered. Our sever brought waters and said they were out of straws. Our daughterordered All American Hamburger with bacon and side of wedges. She was brought French fries and not brought wedges until after wefinished eating! We asked for strawberry margarita and were told was $9.00, though app showed was $5.00 with no time limits. Wewere out of water and asked 2 times for refills and still waited awhile. Our server had went on break and other sever/Jade tookover and she was rude!! Before we received wedges and waters Jade asked if ready for check without asking if wanted anythingelse!! We had coupon for $4.00 off 2 bird dogs and Jade said was to-go only and confirmed with Manager. We showed Jade thecoupon and she said she’ll have Manager come as she’s confused too. The Manager came, we showed her coupon and afterexamining it she agreed to honor it! COUNT YOUR WINGS , they will give you 20 wings and saying it’s 30 try to scam customer , when we ask the server to count ,... they keep saying it’s 24. Wow , we waited 2 hours here and that’s what we get ? And the server has a bad bad attitude with aface when we say its the wrong count. Just don’t come to this place, go to other restaurants instead. Went to this location at 1:15 , there was no wait to get a table. 3 of us all ordered wings, and it took over an hour and a half... to get them. 1 of the members in our party ordered a red bull, our waitress Bridget took 15 minutes to bring it to the table.Mind you this wasn’t a busy day at all, my water was empty, I asked 2 times if I could please get a refill and nothing. Shenever came back with a water. Our wings finally showed up. I kid you not, they were cold down to the bone and the sauce on topwas stiff from sitting wherever they were. When the wings were dropped off, I believe by the manager, she kind of just slidethem on the table and almost dropped the whole tray on my lap, I had to catch it because she was being so careless. I’ve neverwrote a review to any food establishment ever but I cannot explain how bad this service was. We then asked for blue cheese, andnever got it. We all only ate maybe 2 or 3 wings and the fries because we were starving , asked for the check and asked if therewas any type of compensation for such a bad experience and cold un appetizing wings. The manager told brigette that the bestthing she could do was charge for a 6 peace wing which was only $2 less then the original price of the wings. The wholeexperience was a joke. I should have known when I watched 2 other tables walk out, but I’m not a complainer . I know it getsbusy and most likely understaffed but it’s the way our waitress and the manager of this establishment acted.
