Employee gardenia was customer service friendly, appreciate the smiles. Forgot my request of bbq sauce, french fries were cold.

Lol, we came here around 9:30PM on our bikes and tried to go inside. Dine-in area was closed already although one of the... employees came out and said we can go through the drive thru. So we did and it was definitely an experience. First time goingthrough the drive thru in something other than a car. The lady who took our order was very nice and gave great service(we evenasked for a small water for our dog and she gave it to us, our dog was very happy about it). This used to be my go to burger place, every week at least once a week since 2020, but after being told today that I have to ask... for a junior burger and not a junior hamburger, I will find some place else. I saw one of the staff roll their eyes when I askedhas there been a menu change since last week when junior burgers were in the menu and still not answering my question. $16-17 bucks for a guacamole thickburger is not right......this ain't a nice sit down restaurant. I went to Lazy Dog... yesterday, had a great half sandwich ???? and soup for about $9 Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There should be noreason why a meal cost more then a dine in restaurant. Go to BJs at least and have a way better burger for about the sameprice.......or less. Read more
I went through the drive-thru, the dining area was already closed by 8pm. I ordered, and when I got to the window, I was about... to pay when the worker told me that they only accept apple pay when I was trying to pay with Samsung pay.
