This is one of the better ones we've been to. It's clean and well managed. It doesn't have the animatronic Chuck E. but it is... still nice. Only a few games weren't working when we went. There's a lot of seating throughout the restaurant and they have morethan one of each restroom so that's helpful too. Overall we had a great time. Read more

Great place to take the kids to get out for a couple of hours. The staff was friendly and the place was very clean and... maintained. Most of the attractions and games were operational, food prices were mid level and if you would like to have a beerthey serve it as well. I went last night and noticed the lady giving stamps on kids and adults had a cough and she wasn?t wearing a mask after I said... something was told ? she had been there all day and nobody noticed it and it was the employees choice to mask up? I didn?t knowthat so, after that a fan was placed by her. It was hot no air circulating what so ever and this morning we woke up to our threeyear old having a fever and our ten year old having a cough. We can?t say for sure they got sick from being there but they werefine earlier that day. I gave one star because the kids had fun and management was great and addressed what was in her powers. Ok, full disclosure. I didn?t go in a super busy time but it was on a Saturday morning. And Chuck E. Cheese and me haven?t... always got along...maybe it?s because I have 4 kids and I?ve been to a lot of these places. Yet, this place was awesome todayfor my kids birthday. We didn?t buy a package or anything, just ordered from the menu. Love the play as much as you want cards,and the games were all in really good shape and whole place was the cleanest Chuck E. I had previously rated another Chuck E. Cheese location and gave low rating. Because I have a small child I was forced to visit... another Chuck E. Cheese but a different location in what we call a nicer area of the inland empire. I was very impressed withthis Rancho Cucamonga location, as I walked in the place seem super clean and not smelly at all. A factor to take in toconsideration is that I visited this location on a Tuesday early afternoon and there were hardly any kids there. I met a ladymanager that was friendly and was visibly walking around talking to customers. The staff was also friendly and eager to help.The salad bar looked fresh and appealing. I was given information about their birthday party celebration and I gotta say theyhave great party packages at an affordable price. One of the main thing that impressed men was that this location has abumper-car ride which in my history of Chuck E Cheeses I have never seen one which was super cool and the kids seem to enjoy it.I only spotted one machine that was not working which is progress compare to my previous review.
