Over all is good. Chicken, beef and pork is tasty. Good rice, good steam or boil cabbage. Macaroni is good. Good price. The... only thing is the chicken katsu is not hot or fresh. Worst customer service ever!! I love the food but not at this place. I went two different times and I had the worst experiences.... The first time I went trough the drive trough because I wasn?t feeling like getting out of my card, I ordered and they didn?teven repeat my order to confirm what I was asking for, the lady just said come to the window, I get my food and I leave but Icheck my bad and it wasn?t what I asked for, it wasn?t even close. I go back and go inside and the pregnant lady at the desk wassooo rude! and angry when I told her that?s wasn?t what I asked for and she was like ? yes that?s what you asked for? and I waslike no, and so rude asked what I wanted and just left and told the cooks in Spanish to make what I asked for, my actual foodwas cheaper than the one she charged me for and she didn?t even gave me the refund but since she was mad I just left. AND THESecond time I ate inside and my food was RAW!! It was sooo raw and cold from inside like they didn?t fried the fish and chickenenough to be cooked! The chicken was literally pink!!! And I was so grossed out, my bf went to tell them and they startedspeaking Spanish, ( I speak Spanish) and she laughed and told the cookers to remake it. Then at some point they were all talkingand staring at me, even the people in the back came up front just to check on me and laugh,IT WAS SO UNCOMFORTABLE!! First time here and the food was great. Good size portions, and the price was great for the portion size. Will definitely be... back to try more of the menu items. Only thing that was missing was a "Mahalo" when leaving. Would highly recommend. Read more

Our food WAS NOT fresh , chicken was tough like if it was microwaved pasta salad was hard undercooked. I've never had a... experience from ONO like this before I was pretty upset that I spent 40 bucks after taking one bite of all our food and lostappetite as Im not able to eat out often with 3 kids at all and when I do it's usually ono and it was not just bad it was allreally bad.. Service was ok, nice and polite. But they have no ranch sauce for fried island whitefish which all other stores I have visited... will always have. The portion is very small, piece of chicken is smaller than any other stores, island white fish is still rawinside, I have to take it home to microwave it to be fully cooked. Worst is that their macaroni salad scoop is like atablespoon. I scoop it with my own soup spoon at home and had a whole scoop of mac salad in one bite... Terrible service!!! Food was good tho. This was my first time here so I was slow in ordering. Both cashiers were rude and would... sigh loud everytime I had a question, so I don't think it was just a bad employee. Seems like the environment is bad. Thecashier gave me a hard time about asking question for my son's food. If my Son wasn't so hungry I would've just left. Afterordering my Son and I were the only ones in the restaurant, they just left my food at the counter. They didn't call out mynumber or have the decency to walk out and bring us our food. I order it to dine in and they bagged it up for me. The bagged upfood is not bad but it's all the little things that added up to a bad experience. I could add about 5 more negative things butill stop here. If you like bad attitude with good food, then this is your place.
