I love this place! I started visiting for the smoothies but the acai bowls keep me running back. Every menu item I've tried, so... far, is delicious and reasonably priced. The ladies who work at IV always greet me with a smile and welcome me in. No matter howmany people are in line, the employees make sure you feel like a person and dont rush through your order. Our family loves coming here. I just wish they were open before I started work. I find myself at Nekter more because they open... at 7am but I rather order from here. I was taken a little back when I saw the açaí being scooped out of a big Ice creamcontainer? (That?s what it looked like) But either way the bowls are really good and what I love most are the kids bowls! I didwait a while in line but that just shows how popular it is. We will be back! This place is really amazing I?ve been coming here for about a year. I love all of the options and the protein shake is my... favorite . The only reason why I gave it three stars is because the staff can be very unprofessional. If you get a bowl,depending on the customers they might overload one bowl with the toppings and then when they get to you they barely put anythingon there. It?s kind of weird. I would say something however, they talk about customers as they leave out the door. That canleave current customers waiting to order feeling very insecure and self-conscious. If they would like to do that, they can dothat maybe when they?re off the clock? They also talk about their personal issues with other staff who are not working that dayin front of costumers.
