Lately I?ve been disappointed with their food. The food tastes good but they?re cutting back. I stopped ordering the gumbo... because they cut the shrimp into tiny pieces so you?re really not getting shrimp. The last time I I came here I ordered friedcatfish and they cut the fish into tiny pieces. The food is good but they?re scaling back on some of their dishes. Read more
We went on a trip to shop at Bass Pros and didn't realize Lucille's was right across the street. I am used to a Phil's BBQ style... restaurant in San Diego so we have to take a drive if we want to eat at a Lucille's. Well it is well worth the drive! It was my first time ever at a Lucille?s Smokehouse Bar-B-Que, the service was excellent, since we walked in we were welcomed... with a smile. Our Waiter was very helpful and professional. Came here for a Business Lunch Denisha was polite and knowledgeable with the menu. She was also training a new team member.... They were both amazing I had the barbecue chicken sandwich. My customer had the sirloin a Salad. Also a side ofribs. Strawberry lemonade is always on point. Must have when dining at Lucille's. Great place to come for lunch or dinner. Youwon't be disappointed! The wait here was over 2 hours and when we did get seated, service started out great. We ordered and our sides were wrong, we... waited a long time for the right sides to come and for BBQ sauce to be brought out. The lemonade was way too sweet my childdidn't want it.
