A typical McDonald's restaurant. Sometimes it's slow, but for the most part they do alright. I always check my order. I... occasionally go through the drive through, but when I want to customize an item, I do it myself at the kiosk so I have morecontrol. I like a particular manager that is on top of it and gives us our cups as soon as the order gets put through. We canthen fill our cups while we wait for the food to be made. Otherwise they give you your cups with your food. They have gotten alot better with custom orders. They used to forget my extra patty all of the time, now it rarely happens. We don't really usethe cashier anymore. The staff that gives out the food could be nicer, at least smile and say thank you like the old days. It's like you're doing them a favor, geesh. The drive through staff is pretty friendly. We do get the occasional curmudgeonthat doesn't smile or new employee that doesn't tell us our total and just says pull forward, but that's okay. This McDonald'sis better than the one by Milliken on Foothill, and way better than the one at Ontario Mills. It's tied with the one atVictoria Gardens. Read more
The lady at window 2 around 530pm was the worst I've ever seen in any McDonald's, rude on the radio and literally turned her... back on everybody at the drive-thru window while she stacked boxes instead of acknowledging or even charging anyone in the line.After about 5 minutes we all just went to the 2nd window where the gentleman in the glasses there helped us. Went through the drive thru and was told to go park. I waited just over forty minutes for our food. Such horrible service and... ZERO accountability from the store. When I brought it up 2 employees they chuckled like it was funny that wait 40 mins. On topof that we didn?t get the right order!! It was very upsetting. Shame on you McD?s. Read more
I usually have a pretty good experience coming here. I am writing this review because I want to inform anyone reading that... recently they?ve started to limit the amount of sauces they provide for orders. I even asked if I can pay for extra sauces butthat is not allowed. The two sauces I did order for my meal was barbecue, but I got 1 barbecue and 1 Sweet and Sour instead. Soverify everything is correct before driving off. Aside from that, the food did turn out pretty good and the employees who helpedme in the drive thru were respectful. Read more

This place has staff that are so rude. I just left today which is 9/14/2022 at 3:30pm. The worker there at this time were rude... rolling their eyes at a woman who u can tell had dimentia asking silly questions that she didn?t need them to act the way theydid with her. The guy who took my order couldn?t even count change the woman before me had. I ordered and canceled my orderbecause another worker said my deal on the McDonald?s app didn?t work for what I ordered. I usually don't have a bad experience here but today I did. Ordered breakfast at about 10:15 am at home. I live 5 minutes from... this McDonald's. Got there was in line got to the speaker have our code they told us to pull to the window. I looked at the timewhen we were at the window and they told us we were not able to get our order because it was passed 10:30. It was literally10:31 and we were at the first window. We were told we could not get breakfast. Canceled our order and went to Tam's. Superdisappointed with the customer service. Tried to file a complaint but everything I wrote disappeared when I tried to chose theright location. Uggh. Not happy. Read more
Food was terrible! Burger was dry, I think it had been sitting there for hours, unfortunately I drove through so I couldn't go... back. My stomach hurtled so bad after I ate it. Also, when I got to the second window to pick up my food the kid seemed like hewas forced to work the window. What happened to good customer service? Read more
