Fantastic service from the bar area ( to avoid the 30 minite wait time to be seated in restaurant area). We shared appetizers of... lettuce wraps, edamame, pork pan fried potstickers, white rice & apple dessert. Everything delicious and plenty for 2 of us. Read more
I have worked for PF Changs for six years in a different state and my parents wanted to visit this Pf Changs location. I called... and spoke to Kelley the OP and she made sure they were taken care of and they loved it to say the least! The location isbeautiful and the food was exceptional. So I've reviewed majority of the restaurants at the typical dine in. I thought this time I'd change it up by taking my food to... go and seeing how the quality of the food holds when eating it at home. Right off the bat the difference is the freshness ofthe heat of the food. I live about 20 minutes away so obviously it was not as hot. But other than the soup everything was stilldelicious. Broccoli Beef and Chicken Sesame tasted great! Flavorful but not overly done. The packing of the food was done welland the amount of the portions was good. Curbside delivery was curteous and polite. Overall Id rate the restaurant its serviceand food 4/5. Read more
Disappointed that if they require masks at this location, it was not enforced and if they don’t require masks, shame on... them. The server was great, the orange chicken is better at Panda Express and the egg drop soup was goopy, clearly full of cornstarch. Thankfully the drink and the company were fantastic! Read more
Location 4* Service 5* Food 5* Well, it is what you expect from a PF Chang's. Food is high quality, fresh and flavorful. What... stood out to me though however is the service. Our server was excellent. One of our orders came out wrong, I didn't even realize (was too busy talking my husband). Server came... by to notify us the incorrect order, and later delivered the correct one, with no charge to the incorrect one. I have to say,the food was very delicious (every one of them). Overall the food was really good- somewhat generic Chinese food but still tasty! The spicy P F changs chicken was my favourite!... A bit short staffed but our server was very nice! We had a short wait as is it was a weekday but typically very busy so suggestyou get a reservation before you go! I also ordered take out from there a week later.. food was a bit soggy, so rather eat therein person. Read more
