I've been to many Panera Bread establishments. This one I must review on because of Ms. Tania made my morning this morning. She... is is very pleasant associate at the venue and as she came right into to work, she just jumped right in. This worked out reallywell for me because I had some stuff to do that required me to get in and out quickly. Aside from Tania, in general the rest ofthe staff are wonderful as well, also the manager. Panera used the pandemic to limit the service. No more service at your table. They increased their prices but the service... remained limited. They have the nerve to ask for a tip like their overpriced menu is not enough to pay a decent salary to theiremployees. Food is decent and portions are good. This has a very clean and well maintained dining room. The employees are knowledgeable about the menu items and they are also... super friendly. The restrooms are neat and tidy and well stocked. Panera has been slacking lately. I like Panera btw. Got a salad from this place and it was wrapped perfectly ( I assume all... contents are inside since it's sealed ) there was no dressing. How the hell do you eat salad with no dressing? That you payedfor? Their prices are gradually going up and the mistakes are too. Stressful since there's not many good places around to eatregularly and traffic makes it not worth it to go back after getting to work. There's not an easy way to make a complainteither. Stopped to grab coffee and use the restroom. The restaurant and the restroom were clean. The iced coffee and caffeinated... lemonade were delicious. Love the kiosk ordering and they had plenty of seating inside and outside. Read more
Came here on a weekday morning to study. Parking was easy. Located in small plaza w tjmaxx. There were plenty of seats inside.... Few outlets though. Maybe 3 or 4. Ordering easy at kiosk or in person. Staff friendly. Handsanitizer by the kiosk empty tho.Seems gross since everyone touches the machines. If u need a receipt order in front. I would give a 1-star but I used to really love coming here. The staff do work hard, but the last 3 times have been incredibly... disappointing. One salad had chicken that tasted funky and looked old. Another lunch, the steak and cheddar sandwich was sosmall, it left me hungry, which normally doesn't happen. And the last lunch, I ordered a pick two with a salad that had only 9average forkfulls in it (I counted!). For a $5 salad, that was just stupid. I KNOW their portions are bigger when you sit downbecause I leave feeling like I'm in a food coma when I leave their restaurant. When I order pick-up (which is more often mymethod for having lunch here), I am left hungry. Anyone know other places that have good salads? Read more
