We placed our order got our food. The fried batter on the shrimp and chicken seemed thicker than the location in Ontario. The... coke dispenser was low on flavor syrup we reported it to the manager after a few minutes she came out tasted it but while wewere there she never refilled it. Saw a commercial on tv. Drove over and the manager wouldn't honor the commercial price. Said l had to download the app and order... through the app to get the advertised price. The commercial didn't say that. I only drove over 10 minutes because of thecommercial. I will spread the word if my experience to everyone who will listen. That's why never eat at Popeyes. This is the worst Popeyes restaurant in over 10 states that I have ever lived in. Every time we order food something is missing... or something is wrong. There is no quality control whatsoever. I would rate 0 stars if I could. Do not waste your money here. Order from somewhere else until they get better management. Read more

The location isn't great but the staff was friendly and helpful. We went on a slow Saturday afternoon, and were served quickly... and efficiently. The store is clean and orderly, but there's no drive-through, so it's a little hassle to get in and out. Read more
