This review is for ?Allie? ,I come here often ,around every other day and never have a problem ,this lovely with extreme sarcasm... I say that ,girl ,then comes here to work on what seems to be her first day ,hands me back my change,a few dollars soaked ,verywet as if that?s acceptable ,then I order a venti cold brew and get a grande ,complain then when it?s time to get the refill ammet with an argument about how they don?t refill cold brews and she refused to give it to me like I get in all other Starbucksand always here so I settled for the iced coffee then once again ,like I said, it was venti and I got a grande ,complained oncemore ,never have I ever had any problems here as I did today ,thanks Allie Read more
This place did not get my order right even tho it was correct on the screen they gave it to me with alot of Lil pieces of... cookies. Also they did not have any more chocolate cookies. Read more
This is probably my favorite Starbucks because they do make the drinks well buttttt many times when we ask for light ice, it... still has a lot of ice. Especially yesterday, it was more than half way full ice and we drank through it very quickly because wewere sharing and it was basically all ice. Read more
This is honestly THE BEST Starbucks I?ve ever been to. So much so that when I moved from Rancho Cucamonga to Eastvale, I gladly... drive 20-25 mins to go here and get some work done on my laptop. The employees are always welcoming, personable, and helpful.There is never a time when I see an employee just lollygagging; they?re always working. The ambience is great, the music isalways vibbin?, and my drinks always come out perfect! Kudos to management for keeping your employees in good spirits! My drink wasnt even 3/4 full???? today and I really needed that caffeine. I also had to ask after standing there for 5 mins... until I could get someones attention. I called but it just kept ringing. I like this place. It's usually not packed. The girls and overall staff and very friendly and nice. Service is quick. The usual... Starbucks products. But it's very quiet here. You can relax and talk with a cup of coffee in hand. Stop by, you'll enjoy it. Read more
I feel bad for this Starbucks because it seems like it's always extremely busy. The baristas do the best they can but I think... they have high turnover here because I see new people behind bar fairly often. Those on bar are too quiet, not calling out drinkloud enough and not paying attention to their lobby enough. The drive thru is always packed though so give them a break. Read more
