Purchased a tumbler on May 20th and found out that there?s a manufacturer flaw. Brought original receipt and asked for refund,... they told me that they do not accept any return because of covid. It?s already June 2022. For real?! They also told me thatother Starbucks in Vons also will not accept any return. I had a terrible experience at the starbucks inside of vons. I was having trouble with my card because my cell service was slow... and the employee Anna yelled at me and was giving dirty looks. They didn?t make any of my drinks correctly and forgot to makeone too, i have never been treated so poorly at a starbucks and it ruined my 4th of july. Read more
