Bad Customer service!
My friend and I went to get our drinks. I had gotten a pink drink; and just because I asked for less ice, they charged us extra.... They said it was ?Macy?s policy?. He and his coworker both spoke to us with a rude and disrespectful tone. Terrible serviceoverall. Read more
Arrived at 8:50 and was told they were already closed. Hours posted say open until 9pm. Only wanted a few cake pops and asked... if I could purchase what they had but was told again that they were closing for the night. Read more

Mmmmmm mocha. I wish They had a better system for picking up mobile orders. Placing them label in on the ledge forces 2 dozen... fingers from other customers to paw the cups. I got clean hands....but do They? Read more
