Ordered online because I?m on limited time. the website said it would be ready in 25 min, yet I come 30 minutes later and the... woman helping me says she about to start my order because they?ve been busy. I understand that stores get busy but don?t set theexpectations that your food will be ready in time and then it?s not. If I wanted to order in store and wait for my subs to beready then I would?ve just walked in the actual store. First time ordering online and picking up in the store and so far it?s ahorrible experience. Now i have to wait an extra 20 minutes for my order to be completed. Read more
I've been to a lot of subways. This is by far the best. The tomatoes were actually red and ripe, the bread wasn't crusty and... hard. The service was amazing. I swear I was confused the entire experience because I come to think of subway is an okay placewith cheap sandwiches. I will definitely be back. Read more

Me and my dad come here at least 3 times a week and we absolutely love it. it's always fast and easy and the food is always... fresh. i highly recommend this subway. and ask for laia and/or alya because they are such amazingly wonderful people and theymake the BEST sandwiches hands down!! Read more
The gentleman that works there is nice and makes a great sandwich but the little short Asian lady whom I assume is the manager... was extremely rude simply because we were willing to wait for the guy to make our sandwich. When my wife asked for a creamer forher coffees she had the freaking nerve to tell my wife to ask the gentleman who had helped us. If it were not for the fact thatthis place is so conveniently so close to our offices at Remax I would never come back again. If she is the Manager the ownercould do himself a favor and replace her with someone who knows what customer service stands for. She's lucky my wife stoppedfrom telling her personally what I thought of her attitude. Read more
