Atmosphere is always great at The Old Spaghetti Factory and this location was no different. We had lunch on a business trip and... got there around 2:45. The server was friendly. ...but, they didn't properly drain the spaghetti noodles therefore the plateand meat sauce was soaked in water. The bread appeared to be old and dried out; usually not the norm for The Spaghetti Factory. Then, as we were having our meal we noticed that the busboy was cleaning up the larger table in the middle of the room. He setthe table with napkins and silverware; no problem but then we witnessed him spraying cleaning and/or disinfectant around thenapkins and silverware (trying to clean in between everything). Great food as always, but the Rancho location consistently messes up EVERY time I order to-go. Last night, I paid $25 for a... managers special with a broccoli appetizer. Not only did they originally forget the sides which they had us show them thereceipt for before they gave them to us, but AFTER that, the entire broccoli appetizer was missing, as well as the soup cup theygave us being crushed. My family and I had a wonderful experience last evening. The staff was welcoming and kind, and our server was attentive and... helpful. I usually have to stick to one thing when I go out for Italian, but I found that there were so many options for someonewith an allergy to dairy, and I actually got to change things up for once! First time eating here. You're looking at at least $30 per person to eat here. Service was good, but had to wait a very long... time for drinks. Asked for a drink when I got my entree, it didn't get there until after I was done with my food. As for thefood, my entree came with a ???? salad but they don't have ranch and suggested a creamy pesto, which is supposed to be likeranch, but definitely missing a lot of flavor. The chicken breast fettuccine with ???? broccoli was delicious. I got minewithout ???? mushrooms. The complimentary ???? Dessert was good.
