Food was good and no line. Two stars was due rude employee when asked for the code to the bathroom. She responded with a rude... tone that it was on the bottom of my receipt. When I told her I threw my receipt away she loudly told me the code. When I wasordering she looked as if she wasn't happy by the look on her face. I've been to this location quite a few times and I have never experienced a problem that wasn't fixable, they only messed up on... one of my many orders, and I always verify my food before I leave. They made me another bowl, and even let me keep the one thathad the mistake. I understand the food industry, and I am aware that no place is perfect, but this Waba Grill is a great placeto go to. There store is quite clean and they have a "A" rating. I always look for those signs to see if they meet my standards.Employees are nice, and I have never had a problem with how the treat me or how I see them treat other consumers. Great Job. This most definitely was the worst experience I've ever had with Waba Grill franchise. When I went into the store on Saturday I... order the chicken bowl special with two chicken bowls for about ten bucks. I asked him if they could throw some kale on therebecause I love the cable they have for some reason. He explained to me that even though the pictures that were up on the boardshowed that their dishes contain kale, they discontinued it and just didn't give them updated pictures. This was fine. I thenasked him to throw veggies on there if he could even if it was an additional price. And when he asked me for onions I asked himto put them on the side. When I got home about 40 minutes later because of traffic, I told them over the phone that they hadmessed up my order by not putting the vegetables and by putting the onions on the side. I was unable to speak to the managerbecause he was preoccupied which is totally fine as well, so I left my name and number and asked for the manager to call me athis earliest convenience. Today, Monday, I then called about these bowls since Sunday they were closed. I was following upbecause of manager never called me. The lady said if I have the receipt it should be no problem and they will reimburse me orgive me the meals again correctly like I should have been in the first place. When I got there at about 3:10, the manager wasalready gone and the other lady was attempting to help me but absolutely did not. I don't know if it was because I looked alittle bit grungy because I am just moving to that area and was all day cleaning the backyard as well as the house. I don't knowwhy she told me this, but she went in the back to call the manager because apparently she has absolutely no power for anythingthat has to do with customer service refunds or exchanges, which totally doesn't make any sense.
