I ordered online and was told my order would be ready at 7:54. I arrived at 8 PM on the dot expecting my order to be ready, only... to have to wait another half hour for the order to be completed. I want to give the benefit of the doubt to the workers, as thepublic doesn?t know what happens behind the scenes, but it always helps to at least acknowledge whenever someone walks in orapologizing for the wait, but neither of those things happened. I noticed my order sitting on their counter for ten minutesbefore I had to walk up and ask if it was mine. I hate to sound like a karen, but this isn?t the first or second time I?ve hadthis happen here and it?s especially frustrating because whenever I do order from here for lunch, I run the risk of clockingback in late because I spend my whole break there waiting. My family and I went to this location tonight after movie at the River. For whatever reason, the fire alarms went off for the... whole complex. The staff that was working showed much grace under pressure and definitely should be commended for handling astressful situation so well. The food was good too! Read more
