We ordered a special cake for our mother?s 80 birthday The cake was pretty but we ordered fresh strawberries and whip cream. We... were lucky to get 2 strawberries in the whole cake. We went back to the bakery and was told we only put strawberries on thebottom layer or cake will slide. The cake was dry about 4 little pieces of strawberries that were dark in color looked like theywere frozen. I wish I could share the pictures of the cake on this review. Instead of doing cake, my fiancé and I chose to do pies for our wedding and we ordered them from Pastry Swan. I had the opportunity to work with Pastry Swan for a clients two tiered wedding cake and all I have to tell you is I will no... longer be going elsewhere for my cake needs! They were kind, helpful, accommodating, and the best part? Their cake wasdelicious! Moist, decadent, balanced, and I only wished we had enough for all guests to experience but we had opted in for onlya cutting cake for our couple. Ordered 2 cakes for my sons? birthdays in January and I could not be happier with how they turned out! The ladies at the bakery... are very talented and what they do is not bake, they create art! The cakes were really tasty, my sons both loved them! It madetheir days that much more special! Great work! First of all, I called all over Palm Springs to have a cake made for my 60th! It was like pulling teeth to get a bakery just to... call me back! I stumbled on Swan Pastries and they were so accommodating! Not to mention they have guava filling!!! They madethe most beautiful cake!! It was definitely a show stopper and it was delicious as well. The color wasn?t exactly Tiffany bluebut it was close enough. It was better than I could have imagined. I really loved the customer service they provided, theircreativity, and the taste! If I EVER have something in or near Palm Springs I will definitely always use this awesome bakery!!!!You won?t be disappointed. Read more
Pricey. Cheesecake was tasty but mushy. Maybe that's a California thing. Carrot cake was very sweet and perhaps a bit dry.... Macrons were good. Lemon bars were great, brownie bar was pretty good. Read more
