Although we've had many enjoyable meals at this location, tonight was a disappointing exception. The restaurant was certainly... not busy, so I was surprised at out experience. Everything was going well, even though our appetizer took longer than expected.However, when the wings did arrive, they were cold, not even warm enough to soften the grated cheese garnish. I checked with myguest and he agreed. Our waitress was not on the floor, so I took the appetizer plate pickup area to ask for it to bereheated. An employee reponded not with "Let me help you," but with "You can't be here." And, she snatched the plate out of myhands without explanation. I went back to the table and when the waitress did show up, she said they cannot take food back onceit has been served, and that the food was hot because she touched four or five pieces. (She was not wearing food servicegloves.) Even if she had offered to bring a replacement of hot food, I probably would have declined and just asked to continuethe remainder of the meal and just chalked it up to an unfortunate happenstance. My family went for my sons birthday, unfortunately my son had a pretty bad stomach ache so we had to leave as soon as we got... our food. I wish I was there long enough to get my servers name but she was very sweet and still told my son happy birthday andmade sure he was able to take his sundae. She was very sympathetic towards my family and I was very greatful for her service!!The food was delicious when we got home and ate it. Read more

Great food and really nice setting...definitely one of the brightest RR's I've enjoyed. Sad to hear they are phasing out their... chili-related offerings. I had wanted their open face chili burger from the menu when I was given the sad news. Enjoyed anotherburger and the Yukon chips. Still fairly priced. Our servers were also very pleasant. Just had a cauliflower meat pizza. It was good. Fish was bland with the fish and chips. The brisket burger was good. New to... us. Jalepenos on the brisket burger was not too spicy. Just right. Great service. Lagunitas on tap. One thing I always wantis the steak fries. And the seasoning. Maybe a side of ranch. If they remember to bring it. Read more

This visit reminded me why I haven't gone back in so long. The food was good not great, the burgers were soggy the fries were... bland overcooked and burnt. The desert was ok. The cups and plates needed an upgrade I can't believe that they received an Agrade with those dishes. ( someone needs to loose their job.) The wings appetizers were good but the Yukon chips that they laidon were dry, and unnecessary. We waited forever for our first refills on our drinks. The waiter was very nice and pretty much ontop of things for the exception of the refills. The bottomless zucchini fries i had were very under cooked and soggy. Red Robin is the perfect place for families and they have the best selection of burgers and drinks. The ambiance is nice but I... heard clacking plates more than the music. Could be because we sat right next to the kitchen. If you want a quieter experienceask to sit in the back. We had kids fish and chips and unlimited broccoli. Read more
