Staff is polite, pretty good on time, unless it's rush hour, apologize if your order is taking longer than normal, whatever that... is. Maybe due to the person in front of you ordering scones, breakfast and who knows how many coffee's AND 5 cups of water,w/ice, who does that?! Most people are not capable of doing what they do, maybe that's why your order took longer, or theyclose. Read more

Yesterday was my birthday, and it was not a very good one. I was alone for most of the day, and all of my plans failed. Before I... went back home, I decided to redeem my free birthday drink. A last ditch effort to have something good. I got a venti HoneyCitrus Mint Tea. It's my favorite comfort drink, and it's always delicious. I suppose it's my fault for not trying the drinkbefore driving home, but it wasn't right at all. For a venti, it's supposed to have 4 tea bags. 2 of the peach herbal tea, and 2of the mint green tea, plus steamed lemonade. Upon returning home, I opened the lid and it had 1 tea bag, and then upon tastingit... there was no steamed lemonade. I'm still giving 5 stars because I'm sure this is an isolated incident, because every timeI've gotten this drink before it's been perfect. Open entering there are to Handicap compliant spaces right up front ++. I was greeted with both a hello and smiles. No line for... me - checked my cards to make sure I wasn't leaving money or stars on my cards. Drink was prompt and was delivered with friendlysmall talk. Bathrooms were both up to ADA and had sufficient seating. Everyone was centered around me as the customer makingtoday a better, brighter and uplifting experience. Their DM should be proud. Today Kenzie gretted me with a huge smile as wellas the other staff loving the love for each other it made my damp Sunday morning a happy one. It is a newly built Starbucks and the staff inside was very friendly and there was well stalked shelves.

Went here twice in one week. Everything was clean and people nice. I got two different blended Iced teas. Both were really... sweet. I dont recall them being so sweet. I won't order again. Read more
