Delicious New York style pizza, and super friendly staff!
Placed an online order check out at 6:14 PM estimated delivery time 31 to 41 minutes. The pizza tracker I noticed my order was... still in the prepared stages for over 20 to 25 minutes. I called the store spoke with a young lady who told me we don?t deliverto your address which is literally 2 miles away and we?re waiting for a door Dash driver to pick your pizza up. I asked theyoung lady for an ETA and she told me she had no clue what time the driver would arrive Papa John?s has no way of knowing. Shethen tells me my pizza is ready it has been placed in a warmer 20 minutes ago 7:05 PM and still no pizza. I called back to speakwith the young lady to tell her I will come and pick the pizza up but I didn?t want any cold pizza the young lady tells me shecanceled my order my refund will go back to my card 2 to 3 business days today is Thursday so meaning next week. I did Not askher to cancel my order she say she canceled the order because she didn?t have a ETA on what time the door dash driver would behere horrible customer service I have no pizza not only do I not have pizza I also have to wait for a refund within 2 to 3 daysoverall bad experience I ended up getting out of bed going to the bank to withdraw money and picking up food elsewhere hugeinconvenience for me.
