So, normally everything is really good. I like the coffee usually and the toast is really good too. But, it is not very clean.... The chia puddings that sit in the glass window has mold. I doubt they make new ones that are fresh everyday which is disgustingand sad. I originally ordered a chia pudding and the strawberries had mold. I asked for a new one and it also had mold, THEN Iasked to get something different so I got a banana bread which is about 4 dollars (I didn?t have to pay because it was like anexchange.) the chia pudding is 6.50 and they didn?t give me Any money back. Great coffee that is strong. Avocado toast and salmon toast are very good. Friendly service and very organized business.
Invita has amazing service, and delicious drinks. They really know what they?re doing. They?re always well staffed and can get... me my drink quickly even when they?re busy. I also love their seasonal drinks like the Beetroot Latte aka ?Rosie?s Kiss.? Also -don?t forget to enjoy the huge lounge next door that they own and operate for all patrons. This place is epic and brings me back to Italy where you can get a great espresso for $1 or double espresso for $2-2.50. Great... space for working and has a peaceful interior and beautiful outdoor patio. Will be spending many of days here and can't wait tobring friends by for an afternoon pick-me-up or morning espresso. Read more

Never again! Worst Service ever! When you are out of 1 of the 3 ingredients that make a sandwich you tell your customer, don't... just hope for the best to make a sale. I got a major attitude when I brought the sandwich back and asked to be refunded. I gotoffered a pastry after declining to order another sandwich instead. I opted for a croissant with some butter on the side. I gothanded the croissant, some other customers walked in and I was told by the teenager that I had to wait for the butter cause shehad to help the new customer first. I just stood there for minutes while this customer was trying to figure out what to order. Ifinally just left to sit down next door. I was hungry and had had enough!!! After finishing my croissant I went to use therestroom which was beyond disgusting. So I skipped that routine and went back next door to Ask to speak with the owner/phonenumber. Response: we are not allowed to give that out. Left my contact info, even send and email to Sara, the owner... It'sbeen weeks, ZERO RESPONSE. You talk a cool story on your website, however the reality is the opposite! Food is mediocre atbest. Definitely a case of looks will fool you. I would give it a big fat zero. Never again. Drive however far you must!! I usually order a caramel latte.. with a flavor so perfect that I?ll drive 30m just to get it.... Today I switched it up a bit, which resulted in quite the struggle. Aubree made my drink THREE times because the first time Iordered a large, not realizing it has four shots and is thus stronger and more bitter. The second time she made sure it wasn?toverpowering? but it was milkier than I?m used to and had lost that signature coffee flavor. So, with some embarrassment, Iasked if I could have it made one more time. That?s when she crafted that oh so perfect beverage with the right amount ofsweetness and the special slightly earthy coffee edge that lingers on your palate, making their coffee the absolute best in SanDiego.
