Ordered some appetizers for take away on a random Wednesday night. First the order was going to take 1 hour to complete. I... showed up 10 minutes before the anticipated ready time. When I got there food wasn't ready, giving the sense that everything wasbeing cooked right then and there. Fresh. Food came out, it was pretty warm so cool. It takes a whole 4 minutes to get home.Finally open everything up and it definitely was not fresh. Everything was just ... reheated. Old. Avocado rolls - brown. Fries- soggy and warm. Nachos - sloppy. Granted we were hungry after moving all day and so we ate what we could. Still SOME taste toit but so not like the LH location. Definitely not worth the $60 I paid. At all!! I called the restaurant that night and wasjust put on hold "for the manager" for the next 17 minutes. Called again and it just rang. Maybe it's different in person butimo, I'll pass on this location moving forward. Read more

I got takeout for two large pizzas: One deep dish with pepperoni, mushy, and ham: One thin crust, just cheese. The deep dish... crush was too fluffy. The pizza lacked flavor. It was very disappointing. Being from Detroit, it’s honestly a struggle fordecent pizza in RSM. Added a star because the were on-time. Probably won’t try it again. Read more

Sorry if I’m writing this review late because I got busy with some family emergency situations. Me and my family were there... two weeks ago on Thursday and ordered the Thursday special ( Tri-Tip) that was shown almost $15 on the website + on the screenat the front of the restaurant. When our waitress ( Tara) brought us the bill I noticed that the price that they have charged usis different about $18 . I showed her the website price on my phone + mentioned her to check the front screen that is stillshows $15 . Instead listening to us and take care of our bill as a long term costumer she just said I’m sorry the price isdifferent and I will ask the team to change the screen to the right price . To me this is not a good guest service to not makingthe guest happy only for $7 dollars difference and she should took care of us as a guest and adjust the price specially when sheknew that I’m right. Stopped in for lunch today, the food was great and the service was awesome. My server Andi k was very attentive and checked in... on my during the course of my visit. She was always on top of refills and even made some great menu recommendations which werespot on. Definitely will be returning! Read more

Sometimes I have good experiences, other times I've had bad experiences. The menu is large, but I don't feel like anything is... exceptionally good.
