If this was not the only bagel place in town they woukd have gone out of business years ago. Just made my last visit. The... service is terrible. They always have 3 or 4 peopke making the bagels but only one person doing the cash register. Makes forchaos and a traffic jam. You cannot get in and out quickly. Friendly service is non-existent. Just prepare yourself for as thestaff just yells "NEXT!" And instead of focusing on service they have chosen to yell at people in line for the way they arewearing their masks. Worst restaurant experience ever and not worth it for a mediocre bagel at best. Read more

Staff is rude and short. Won't look you in the eye and act as if they are the busiest people in the nation....these are simple... bagels people hahaha...food is always good and all 3 stars are for the food. Bruegger's is overpriced. Their app won't let you pre-order either. The service leaves something to be desired. I really... don't like going here and will choose any other bagle place first. Try Scott's Donuts. They are locally owned. The bageloptions are better and the prices rock. Read more
