Hello, I am a regular customer that lives very close by and I spend anywhere from $200-300 a month at this location, $50-100 of... which is in store purchases. First, I want to say that most of the employees at this location are great, especially Victoriawho is always very kind and genuine. However, one of the workers (name most likely Mario: bigger guy, average height, shortblack hair) needs to either go through extensive customer service training or find a non-customer facing role elsewhere. Thismorning he was taking out the trash/refilling water outside the store. When an older lady asked if he could take a few minutesto check her out, he very rudely turned around, threw up his arms, and raised his voice at the women, saying ?DIDNT you hearme?! I?m on a 24 HOUR shift and need to finish this?. His tone and attitude toward this poor woman was unjustified and veryunprofessional. When I told him so, saying that he needs to be more respectful, he was unapologetic and hostile. If anyone seesthis guy working I highly advise you do not shop here. UPDATE: This place is still terrible! Was just there again & no change. Pumped out if service & unable to get a receipt because... there was no paper in the machines. They really need to just get a whole new staff! Ever since this changed ownership & itchanged to Circle K a couple years ago, it has been the worst gas station in all of RSM. Their machines are always broken, neverany receipt paper, supplies are never stocked, & they always run out of gas. Not to mention the staff is all terrible, slow, &lazy. AVOID! Rude psychologically unhinged clerk yelled at customers and forbid us from coming back for no reason we could discern. Before... this crazy woman started working, this was a great place for quick purchases. By the way, I'm a female senior citizen, and Iusually get along with everyone, but this night clerk is crazy! "Open 24 hours"... I have to get to work very early in the morning, and this store is the most convenient before getting on the... freeway...that being said, I normally avoid calling it out because in a sense I get it....but what is your early morningemployee doing, are they sleeping in their vehicle? This is the 4th time I stopped by in a 2 week period between 3:30-4:30 a.m.and either a "on a 10 min break" sign is posted up for who knows how long, and/or the door is constantly locked. If it doesn'tget addressed, it'll never get fixed. Sorry for whoever can't deal with an overnight shift (if sleeping is the case), but it'spretty irresponsible. There use to be a young lady there, or another lady with dyed hair that was always there...again, hate tobe "that guy", but now it's getting ridiculous. Read more
