I ordered the Vegan Ramen to go. It came well packaged and everything looked and smelled fresh. The flavor was good and I am... very satisfied with my meal. The portion size is large so this will be my dinner and my lunch tomorrow. My order took about 30mins from the time I placed the order to the time it was handed to me at the restaurant. We showed up 10 minutes before they were scheduled to close and they said no worries grab a seat and we will make you food.. We... tried the Hot and Sour Ramon along with the Chicken Poke. Nice to have Ramen in Rancho Santa Margarita. Good menu with lots of traditional choices. I had the Chicken and Champon Ramen... but was less than impressed. The broth lacked the richness you find in other restaurants. They have other dishes that makethis a good location for other Japanese dishes. I will give them another chance to improve as I love ramen and have eaten thisfine dish in Japan and elsewhere. The location is central to RSM and there is ample parking. Read more
