They started really strong, we ordered few times a week and loved their food. They jacked the prices which is understandable... comparing other places, but recently they stop caring too. Got a gyro plate and got home, there was barely half of the amount ofmeat as usual so I called. Ashley answered and said that they weight the meat and there is no way. Like human error is not anfactor and they are absolutely perfect. I don?t have a problem paying more for quality food by I can?t deal with bad customerservice. I?m not buying from them again. Luna Grill must be going out of business. Items on the menu no longer available (no beer!). Tables were not clean. No Cable. I... wanted to eat-in for a change of atmosphere, but the place is obviously a takeout spot now. No plates, metal cutlery, orglasses, just plastic containers and utensils that need to be tossed in the garbage when done. Food portions are smaller andfood quality is not good anymore. Unfortunately only the sides we ordered were in our bag, all of the entrees were apparently from someone else?s order. The... chicken was very dry, the pita was stale, just very disappointing since they?re normally a very good take out spot. Read more

Can Luna Grill get any stingier? I know inflation, supply chain, yadda yadda but $18 for this? I've always thought Luna Grill... was a bit of a rip off but today's plate is the final straw. I can buy an entire rotisserie chicken, bag of pita bread,container of hummus and package of rice for $18 and feed 4 people. And probably have leftovers. $4 more gets me 12 oz ofdelicious garlic tzatziki from Trader Joe's. No more Luna Grill for us! Byeeeeee Read more

Staff was friendly but my bowl had so much oil at the bottom that I couldn?t even eat it. Tried to soak some up with a napkin... and there was still tons left. I?ll stick to cava. Read more

Disappointed with my pickup order! Asked and paid for extra Tzatziki sauce and barely put any on my Gyro it?s like they... purposely put less. Had this picked up or I would have looked at it before leaving the store and had it corrected before Ileft.. but it should have been done correctly the first time! Healthy, decent selection but long wait times. Came here to pick up a light lunch for me and my parents and ended up spending... about twenty minutes for the food. I ordered my chicken bowl first and then went up again to order my mom the apple Walnutsalad to go. I found the chicken bowl very flavorful and filling. My parents didn't really care for the salad but they'reworking with what they got (they're old). Not a bad place for lunch but also a little on the pricey side. Read more
