If you go around the back, they hand you your food through a window...to your car..... AMAZING!

I like the staff a lot and they do a great job with the staffing issues they face. The service differs in later parts of the... day. Sometimes they don't follow special instructions but the food on average at this location is just okay. The atmosphere isloud and chaotic for no apparent reason. Great managers but they need to slow down and speak quite to their employees whenmanaging them. Read more

Quick and easy to grab something on the go. Right off the 5 frwy.

You?d have to be extremely desperate for trash food to enjoy anything from this McDonalds. McDonald fries have always been my... guilty pleasure and I rarely indulge myself with it. But today I caved. (As I did last year since moving to RSM) good lord, thefries came out hard, dry, and cold from the drive thru. I love fresh McDonald fries but this is NOT the place to get it. What awaste of my junk food craving. I should have known from my previous experience here but now I know that this particular locationis just super subpar. First off they jip you on your fries no matter what every time. Second half the time I'm getting stale buns and the drive... through does not ask you if you want napkins or condiments. Read more

Horrible Quality. The Burger dry. Soda machine warm coke with no sparking! Need new Management!

I stood at the counter for 5 minutes (the was only 1 other customer inside) before anyone acknowledged that I was there. I... waited 10 mintues to get my food, after I checked in via the McDonald's app. I added 2 tomatoes to the chicken sandwich that Iordered. One of the two tomatoes was the end of the tomato where the vine connects and neither of the two tomatoes was biggerthan a quarter. The burger that I ordered with ketchup, mustard, and extra onion had no ketchup, a dab of mustard the size of apea, and only about 10 tiny onion pieces. Very disappointing. Read more
