Attempted to pick up an order for one of my DoorDash customers only for the employees to not pay any attention at all to what... was going on in the lobby. So I called the customer and said, and I quote, ?Hey , this is your Dasher, sorry for the delay; they?re refusing to acknowledge my existence here.? In an act of sheer arrogance in response to me doingnothing more than informing the customer of what was going on, the manager then walks up to me and asks what my name was towrite it down. Unbelievable rudeness and disrespect for those of us who are simply trying to get those delivery orders intocustomers? hands. Read more

We ordered in store with a to-go order. Took 20 min. To get our order. The gift card we had didn't work in the touch screen. And... it was warm in there. Read more

Some assembly required for the bread bowl soup: the bread bowl was wrapped separately, the soup came in a cup with lid and a... small bag of croutons to be placed on top after pouring the soup into the hole in the bread bowl. Perhaps it was only that waydue to not dining in, since the bread bowl wouldn't be able to have a lid to prevent spills for to go orders. Ordering throughtheir app, I discovered many customization options for salads and sandwiches that I wouldn't have thought to ask for if I hadjust walked in. Read more

The bagels are not what Panera used to be. My girlfriend was really craving their jalapeno cheese bagel and instead had a cry... session outside of the store. She's not pregnant or on her "." So you can imagine how bad the bagel was. No actual jalapeno orcheese on the bagel... Can't believe you made her cry, dumb Panera! I wish you had a stomach so I could punch you. Read more

I don't often write reviews but I have to say that the bagels we got here yesterday were disgusting... In my opinion, these... bagels (13 of them) should have been thrown in the trash several days ago. They were dry, hard, and completely inedible. We goto your chain of stores to buy bread of predictably good, fresh quality, not stuff you couldn't sell from the day (or week)before. Losses for which I'm sure are factored into your pricing. I'd take Costco bagels any day over what you sold usyesterday... Throw away your old stuff! Don't sell it to customers. Do better, please. Read more

My son worked at Panera so I like the Mac and cheese. This Panera is nice and clean and there was no line. We got our food right... away and had a great lunch. My wife got the soup and sandwich and said she like both very much. I like the pastries so I got oneto take home. Highly recommend Read more

the quality and taste of the food at Panera is always pretty good, never outstanding but you can't expect that. the prices are... fair for the service, food and ambiance. there's free WiFi and comfortable seating inside and outside. my favorite sandwich isthe turkey bravo, the bread is so good! one thing to avoid is the cinnamon roll, I got it and couldn't finish it. it was way toosweet, and I like sweet things Read more

Do not go here. Worst portions I've ever had at a Panera. This is my Steak and White Cheddar Panini with Mac and Cheese. Barely... any steak or mac. I order this almost every week at different locations and this by far the worst. Read more
