Delivery came with missing items that was intended for children. Kids were disappointed and ruined our Chinese food and movie... night. Rest of the food was mediocre at best. I called the restaurant about the situation. They offered refund of my order. Itdidn't fix the situation but at least the restaurant took ownership. I was under the impression that my full order will berefunded but I was hit with a small partial refund few days later. I will not recommend a restaurant that doesn't value theircustomers and only see them as transactions. Read more

Food is good but closes super early. We have submitted orders 30 minutes before doordash closes (20 minutes before the normal... store close) and they get rejected. I also work in a food place we close at 10-11 so I can never actually eat here. What kind offood places closes at 8?? Read more
Ordered online: Thai Basil Cashew Chicken-no red chili?s, Crispy Honey Chicken, and Lettuce Wraps. I think I got garlic chicken... instead of Thai basil Cashew chicken because there was no basil there were no cahsews, no basil, no red peppers, only onions.The crispy honey chicken was super dry and the chicken fir the lettuce weaps was mostly mushrooms (which I really don?t care forbut tolerate as an ingredient) and barely any chicken whatsoever. I called and Socorro apologized and offered to remake but itwas after 7pm and we were busy packing to move so did not have time for that. I was told unable to get refund since orderedonline whick inadvertently took me to Grubhub Or she can offer a giftcard credit for a free entree . In the situation I shouldhave gotten a gift card for three entrees because the food we got was poor quality and some not even what I ordered. Majordisappointment for Pickup Stix which is usually a favorite. As a matter of fact, I just ordered $200 worth of individual entreesand a few fily last month from Aliso Viejo for a party and everything was awesome. So glad I didn?t order from this location! Asian dishes with a California flavor. We eat at Stix a lot, and really like it. Try the House fried rice, very good. Lots of... shrimp and beef. We also like the House chicken with seasonal vegetables. Try the family dinner. It will be enough for threepeople, four if you're not big eaters. We didn't care for the General's chicken. Maybe we got it on a bad day, we'll try itagain. It was overcooked and there was no sauce or vegetables with it. It's the only I've got at Stix that wasdisappointing. No fault of the front. Sorry cooks, food quality and it being over seasoned topping with the freshness being completely gone. I... ordered the lettuce wrap. I felt like there was a lot too much dark sauce,way too much! The chicken was overcooked, chewy, notmuch else great to say that was appealing with the chicken. Definitely not tasteful! The lettuce itself when you turned it overwas brown, old. They were hiding the fact that the lettuce with browning. The carrots were dry and sat out far too long and Zeroflavor! Definitely out of a bag carrots. The bean sprouts were the best part of the entire meal. Don't see myself visiting thisplace much if the quality of the food is this bad, it is totally been deteriorating. Read more
I really like this Pick Up Stix. This place is close to my home and my wife loves their food. We get the house special chicken... or the beef and broccoli. I like that they make your order fresh right when you order it. The food is always hot and very good.The employees are friendly and very helpful, if you need anything, they are always willing to help you out. I would highlyrecommend this Pick Up Stix. Read more
