They have a wonderful outdoor City area that they must clean up. The tables were dirty there's a lot of trash out there and... things were blowing around on Sunday yesterday the 20th and the Starbucks employees are going to clean up outside also. Read more

One of the bigger locations. Too bad they closed at 8:00. Would have been nice to sit and relax while drinking my coffee.

Informally called the lakeside Starbucks this took over the local Carl's Jr. It is the one SB in town with popular drive-up... service. Have to share inside staff have been extremely kind especially with the hot weather. My sincere thanks for thekindness. The remodel was light and so the dining area was kept for more seating. The drive thru here gets quite busy and can take some time. Be careful if you?re in a larger vehicle there is quite a high wall... and tight corner to get around. It?s been hit let?s say a few times? Go to one of the other locations in town. This one is always the slowest, staff is overwhelmed so drinks are rushed and poorly... made. I tried a seasonal frappucino at the Ladera Starbucks and really enjoyed it, so I ordered it again here. Big mistake, itwas barely blended and missing ingredients, so it's practically just cold milk ???? Definitely not worth the looooong wait thatalways backs up this drive through. Read more

I?ve been a resident in RSM for about three years now, and I am very well aware that this Starbucks is still recently new. I?ve... been going here on a regular basis and most of the time they never let you indoors because they are ?too busy?. That fact thatyou can?t even use the ?Order Ahead? feature is ridiculous. Not only that but they are just completely unorganized in every wayyou can think of. From long wait times to inaccurate drinks. Some if not most of the employees sound like they are miserableworking here. And the drive-thru line is absolutely uncalled for as it blocks up some of the parking lots. Read more

The place is very clean . Lots of seating inside and outside. Great for small work meetings. The staff is great and willing to... help in making decisions or remaking your drink if you don't like it. Very polite. And I love the type of people that hangoutthere. All professionals, study groups, and tutoring too. Everyone is busy with positive energy. Read more
