Had high hopes for their new chicken sandwich. I tried it twice hoping for a better experience the second time but unfortunately... I had the same results. The bun and sauce is great but the chicken if very rubbery. Won't be ordering again. Read more

We ordered ahead and gave them plenty of time but still spent another 20 min inside picking up the order, they just would not... get off the phone taking other orders. Wings were very poor quality, stale and cold and did not taste good overall, we wouldprobably not go there again Read more

Placed a take out order and noticed fries where missing when I got home (no biggie). When I called to let the manager (Keyri)... know, she asked ?why didn?t you check your bag before leaving?. Long story short, she took note and told me I?d get the fries onthe next order (again, no biggie). A few days later when I ordered and let the new manager on duty (Magaly) know about theprevious situation, she told me ?I don?t have your receipt on file and if we don?t have it, the situation never happened. Shealso said ?I think you?re trying to get free food?. Again, we?re talking a $4.84 large fry! It?s not the money, it?s theprinciple. Never blame the customer for a mistake you made. Just make the situation right. With over an hour of time spent ontwo conversations/visits, it?s not worth going back there again. Read more

Just this past Friday I placed a order for wings to take to a small gathering. It was a busy day so I purchased the wings around... 4 pm and planned to return to pick them up at 5pm however I wasn't able to pick up the order until 5:30 and upon arriving themanager Jessica informed me that she was remaking my order to ensure I?d have fresh wing. I was running late so I asked to checkthe original to see I could get away with those but, the new order was ready and now I?ve got two orders and the manager sokindly gives them both to me at no extra charge! I was besides my self and quit impressed with her customer care and just had toshare my experience. This location is always busy but they always manage to take such good care of their customers.
