Went around 11am this morning (sunday) and it was extremely busy. Took about 10min to be seated which isn't bad, but when we... were seated it took about 15min till our server came for our drink/food order and then it took about 45min to get our food!!Food really wasn't great. As expected, they were very busy on Sunday morning. However, the wait wasn't too long (15 mins. for a party of 6). Our server... was very attentive and had a spectacular memory (Didn't write anything down when we ordered). Food was delivered hot andaccurate. I love this IHOP! My family and I visit this ihop frequently. I started going here as a little girl and now having kids of my... own it has become a little family outing. Ms. Kasey is a excellent waitress! She always makes us feel like we are family. The manager, the middle aged guy with the dreads is absolutely amazing. His customer service comes from his heart. He made sure... someone served me because I moved my seat and I don't think the servers noticed me. He speaks to everyone and makes them feel athome. I used to avoid coming here because of the cleanliness but the restaurant is clean and the servers are well trained. Myserver even heated my syrup.
