Went around 11am this morning (sunday) and it was extremely busy. Took about 10min to be seated which isn't bad, but when we... were seated it took about 15min till our server came for our drink/food order and then it took about 45min to get our food!!Food really wasn't great. As expected, they were very busy on Sunday morning. However, the wait wasn't too long (15 mins. for a party of 6). Our server... was very attentive and had a spectacular memory (Didn't write anything down when we ordered). Food was delivered hot andaccurate. I love this IHOP! My family and I visit this ihop frequently. I started going here as a little girl and now having kids of my... own it has become a little family outing. Ms. Kasey is a excellent waitress! She always makes us feel like we are family. The manager, the middle aged guy with the dreads is absolutely amazing. His customer service comes from his heart. He made sure... someone served me because I moved my seat and I don't think the servers noticed me. He speaks to everyone and makes them feel athome. I used to avoid coming here because of the cleanliness but the restaurant is clean and the servers are well trained. Myserver even heated my syrup. He actually wasn't a server but he also made sure I had everything I needed I love this place andthe people here. Read more
Catching up on reviews. Enjoyed a great breakfast/brunch with my uncle here on Friday, 06-24-22. There was a nice crowd there... that day, but we were able to sit, eat, and catch up for hours. The playlist was on point. I liked seeing a lot of Black staffand customers. Our server was great; can't remember her name. We sometimes had to wait for refills or the check, but it wasn'tanything outside of typical restaurant dining these days. My uncle and I both enjoyed our meals. The food came out hot, but nottoo hot that you couldn't enjoy right away. I can't remember which omelet I ordered, but it had a lot of bacon and cheese. I wasso full by the time we left. I had a side of fruit and was pleasantly surprised that the fruit was so sweet. There was enoughfor me to share with my uncle. I'd definitely return next time I'm in the area. Read more
Well I-Hop? They still have the best staff in the business. There quick to please no matter how large the party is ????????Take... your time with the menu, it has a few speed traps ???? you don't want to in up with a higher ticket then you expected.
