I have lived near this location for over 13 years. It never gets any better! Why advertise that you have iced coffee, frappes,... etc if by 7:00 pm they NEVER HAVE THEM always talking about how the machine is always ?down?or ?already been cleaned? Yet, everyother near by location has them all night long!!!! They need to shut down this location. Read more
Lines are always long, constantly messing up the simplest of orders. They literally just renovated, looks so updated and fancy... on the inside but their ice cream machine is either always broke or they just don?t have ice cream. I came to this location to grab a quick bite to eat and saw that the lines were long almost going halfway around the building... both lines backed up. I decided to go inside where the crew were too busy talking on cell phones and doing other things I had toask to be helped no one acknowledged me when I approach the counter. 3 stars for the food but only 1 star for customer service! I used the lobby kiosk to place my order (easy to do). When asked... how I planned to pay, I entered "pay by credit/debit at the cashier" and got a 'thank you'. After I ordered, 4 customers (1 wasfrom Doordash) came in, picked up their food and left and still I waited. Finally, a worker asked if I had ordered. Iexplained that I had used the kiosk and indicated that I would be paying via credit/debit. That's when I was informed thattheir credt/debit machine was down. This location is one of the worse! They remodeled but the service and the food lacks. I have a child who loves McDonald's so you... can imagine I frequent McDonald's quite a bit! This one is the closet to my house but I will sometimes go out of my way to go toanother one. They can be slow, unorganized, the self service kiosk is either down, or can't take cash. They almost always saythey are out of apple pies, they mess up your order, and the food is just hit or miss! And do not order doordash through thembecause you sometimes end up with completely the wrong order. Now, this may be a combination of both McDonald's and Doordash 'sfault but either way it is a hassle. If you can avoid this location, please do so! Read more
I usually go for the drive thru, but this time I decided to enter the restaurant and after placing my order I waited 39 minutes... to receive my order which was incomplete, it was missing a mcgriddles and a drink. Apparently they didn't have enough staff toserve the customer properly. Read more
