This Randolph location never sends the garlic dipping sauce i select in my order. They always send marinara...4 times now, and... every time i complain, I get a free pizza. So at this point, im going to order garlic dipping sauce with every order, even if idon't want it...because im most likely going to get a free pizza each time. I keep giving this place a chance and they continue to disappoint me. I placed my order online at 6:46pm. It is 8:06pm and I... still haven?t received my pizza yet. IF YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE STAY AWAY!!! First off let me begin with my ordering process. I order online for delivery and put... specific notes as to where to go and location even providing a contact number of further info was needed. I did this because thehotel I am currently residing in is going through maintenance and there is a temporary entrance. About TWO hours later I receivea call from my delivery driver informing me he was outside. I politely thanked him and told him how to get inside. After 10 moreminutes of waiting I called back to make sure he was ok. He informed me he was NOT going to come inside. I expressed to him thatif he left it at the reception desk that would be fine too if he did not want to come up. He complained for about 5 minutesbecause he did not want to exit his vehicle. He expected me to come out to his car.. I begrudgingly pleaded with my driver toplease deliver my order. He deep sighed and said ok. I decided to meet him at the elevator to assess the situation. I was toldit?s NOT HIS JOB to deliver and that he was not a delivery person and that he was doing me a FAVOR by delivering my order. I amhighly disappointed in the lack of customer service. To top everything off my order was wrong. Can?t make this up. This has beenthe worst experience I have ever had at a Dominos. Please save your money and take your business where you are appreciated. I am home sick with Covid and I was trying to order a pizza to be delivered for my son because he was hungry. By mistake, I... ordered from the wrong location. The driver called and told me to call the store to have my order cancelled. So I called thestore and spoke with the manager. He tried to tell me to come pick it up, and I had to explain to him I was sick with covid.After telling me it was my fault for ordering from the wrong location, and that I made them waste money on prep and gas, I washung up on. Worst customer service I have ever received. This place needs new management and people who actually care abouttheir customers. Read more
